LEVEL - EASY/BEGINNER.

How to turn this:	Into This:

1: OK, open the graphic you want and crop it to 100x100px. I'm using a picture of Miranda Otto
 

2: Sharpen your image once. (Filter >> Sharpen >> Sharpen)*
 

3: Floodfill your image with #F0E7C0, set to multiply 100%
 

4: Set this gradient over your image and set it to burn 60% (Gradient is by me)
 

5: Use this texture (I love this texture) that's from Tre-Xture and set it to Multiply 100%


6: Add some text, or leave it blank and you're done! I used Georgia Ref 6pt.
 

*Please remember that sharpening always depends upon the image you are using.
